#Burn: D’banj Has Some Choice Words For Fans Who Think He Should Quit Music

Perhaps no Nigerian musician has faced as much amount of criticisms D'banj has had to put up with in the past few years. And the Emergency singer, who has always been unafraid to let his feelings known, may have finally given the right reply to those people who think he can no longer scale the heights he previously reached and should give his music career a rest.
It all began when D’banj took to Instagram earlier today to revealed that his latest music video, King Don Come, has gotten one million views on Youtube. Although some fans praised the singer for the milestone, others were not so charitable as they asked hum to step away from the spotlight. Their reason? That his time is over.
“Sign an artist who is ready to take over the world, and be a godfather. That will pay more,” one man enthused, adding, “Because you have passed [this] level. It is not really a good thing.”
An obviously incensed D’banj then went on a long rant, dragging the commenter, and dismissing all the criticisms about his music. He also bragged about his company ‘The C.R.E.A.M Platform’, a sublet of his label D’ Cream Records, which he had said is worth $100million.
“You clearly have NO idea what i am about, what @creamplatform and my movement are about, yet you feel the need to air an unsolicited opinion,” D'banj wrote.
“Educate yourself with facts before you stray to my page and exhibit your pile ineptitude…YOU ARE SAYING ‘TRASH’!!!”
This is not the first time he would fight with folks on social media. Two months ago, he alleged that it was Don Jazzy who was paying folks to troll him on social media. Now, he is going one-on-one with trolls.
